Alien – American sci-fi action thriller Movie

Alien: Covenant is an upcoming 2017 American sci-fi action thriller movie written by John Logan directed by Ridley Scott.

Alien: Covenant is said to be the sequel to the 2012 film Prometheus, the second portion in the Alien prequel arrangement, the 6th portion in general in the Alien film arrangement, and the third portion to be coordinated by Scott. The film stars Michael Fassbender, Billy Crudup, Katherine Waterston, Danny McBride, Carmen Ejogo, DemiánBichir, Amy Seimetz, Callie Hernandez, Jussie Smollett, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England and Benjamin Rigby.

The film is planned for May 19, 2017, release.

The plot of the movie apparently included with the strange planet, fearsome mystical aliens, and the story starts when the hero and his team headed for a distant planet of the world, the group of the covenant were able to find the strange planet. They come to know that the planet is dull, unsafe world, and occupied by a sole survivor David or Michael Fassbender from Prometheus campaign.

In June 2012, Lindelof stated that Prometheus plot was intentionally left uncertain with the goal that they could be answered in a sequel as it helps the viewer to stay inside story more precisely, he and Scott had thoroughly examined what should be settled so Prometheus could remain solitary, as a continuation of it was not guaranteed.


In late August 2015, Scott affirmed that he had begun scouting the areas for the film. In October 2015, the Australian government pulled in the creation of the film and Thor: Ragnarok to Australia by giving $47.25 million in grants. Woz Productions Ltd., a backup of Twentieth Century Fox, went by TeAnau, New Zealand on March 28, 2016, for an area scout, for taping in Fiordland.


Leading photography of the film started on April 4, 2016, at Milford Sound in Fiordland National Park, New Zealand. Filming of the project wrapped on July 19, 2016. And On November 18, 2016, remaining photography works was scheduled to occur at Leavesden Studios in the UK.


The makeup and other cosmetic touch were done by Effects house Odd Studios while Australian-based effects house Animal Logic gave the movies digital visual effects. Actors wearing animal suits were utilized to depict the film’s alien’s characters.

Harry Gregson-Williams was at first chose as the film’s composer, but later in November 2016, it was confirmed that he was no longer composing the score for Alien: Covenant due to the dates mismatch.

In late 2016 during the trailer’s release, rising Norwegian vocalist and lyricist AURORA was announced publicly that they composed the soundtrack for the main theme of the movie.


Alien: Covenant is all set and scheduled to be released on the day of May 19, 2017, worldwide by 20th Century Fox movie distributions after being postponed from its previous date of August 4, 2017.
